We are currently looking for candidates to join EF located in Barcelona center!

We are hiring sales advisor agents with a passion for languages to work for an exciting project in the education/training industry. The main tasks are: inbound and outbound calls to potential new students, upgrade and Renew current students, qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities, take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI- s and Sales targets, achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries, performs database and record keeping activities and operate in a truly international environment and a young team. Your main mission will be to sale language courses and achieve customer satisfaction.

You will work in accessible facilities; you can get there by public transport.

Requisitos
- Bilingual English and German proficiency.
- Good communication skills and customer orientation
- Valuable previous experience in a similar position
- Sales experience.

Responsabilidades
